DepEd employees will get Performance-Based Bonuses (PBBs) based on how well they contribute to the department’s overall goals and commitments.

Units of Departments will be ranked under the PBB based on their performance. These units’ personnel must be ranked as well. Units and employees will be ranked according to their real performance at the end of the year, as determined by verifiable, observable, credible, and long-lasting performance indicators.

On September 21, ASSERT President Sheila Manuel-Apas’ letter of inquiry has been answered by the office of the undersecretary.
